All our units are shipped Common Ground Carrier whenever possible. Turnaround time is approximately 2 days, depending upon manufacturer, it may be the same day.

EXCEPTION: HAIER IS SENT FACTORY DIRECT, IT TAKES AN ADDITIONAL 10 DAYS.

This means that (except for Weekends), your order should be sent out in two days.

Shipping time itself also depends upon your distance from the particular warehouse, but... the shipping data from UPS or FedEx states that you should expect your order to arrive in 5 to 10 business days from when it is sent.

RETURNS: All returns must be authorized to receive a refund. Never simply send a unit back without contacting us!

We reserve the right to have an authorized repair person of our choice make repairs at our expense vs shipping the item back.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for return reasons that are not of our doing. In these cases customers will pay return shipping, a restocking fee, and shipping insurance. Restocking fees will vary, and may be as high as 20%. If the customer does not pay for shipping insurance, and it arrives damaged, they are responsible for the costs of those damages associated with outbound shipping, and it will be deducted from their return.

For items damaged in shipping, or for items that arrive nonfunctional, please call us at 1-866-423-4058 or 704-288-0953, and have your name and order number ready. If we are in the warehouse, you will get a machine, please do leave a message and we will return your call.

For items damaged in shipping or for items that arrive and do not function AND that we (at our discretion, see above) allow a return for, we will issue a return authorization number, also called an "RA". An RA will allow the shipping company to arrive at your location and pick the item up for return to our warehouse with no further effort or expense on your part.
